Weighing in at approx. 150 lb, and 5' 9" is Ben. Ben has been quite thin his whole life, despite his desire to be a muscular chick magnet. A fast metabolism is where Ben places the blame. When he does eat, he burns right through it. The fact that he can go through an entire day without remembering to eat doesn't help either.
Ben wants to put on some weight, aiming for a weight of 165. Obviously, he isn't looking to become chunky though, and wants those extra pounds to be all muscle. The challenge for Ben is to both put on weight, and to get that weight toned. Can he beat the unhealthy mix of a bad metabolism and poor eating habits?

In this Corner...
David, at 6'2" and app. 300lbs (no scale as of yet). David is entering the challenge to lose weight, with the hope of one day going down to 215lbs. Having been on a thousand diets, and exercise routine, David believes he has enough experience to be a nutritionist at this point. His dieting experiences have definitely been a roller coaster, with him losing 70lbs in 3 months a few years ago. Unfortunately, stress led back to bad habits and David fell off the wagon. It all comes down to willpower, something he admits he lacks. Can he do this?
His road may be longer than the other challenger's, but with you watching over him perhaps he'll feel the pressure to shed those pounds.
